Natalie Betts

Co-FOUNDER

NATALIE IS ESSENTIALLY THE BRAINCHILD BEHIND THE CREATION OF THE SUPERPEOPLE CHARITY AND HEAD OF THE TEAM. SHE TAKES CHARGE OF THE MANAGEMENT OF ALL THE PROJECTS THE TEAM DECIDE TO FULFIL. NATALIE HAS AN ECLECTIC EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND, HOWEVER HER PROFESSION PREDOMINATELY LIES WITHIN THE MUSIC SECTOR. WHETHER THAT IS LECTURING AT UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR WHITHIN OFFENDER LEARNING, MANAGING AND FACILITATING MUSIC GROUPS FOR PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA OR WRITING AND PRODUCING MUSIC. NATALIE IS FILLED WITH PASSION, INNOVATION AND DETERMINATION AND HAS AN ASPIRATION TO EDUCATE SOCIETY AND NORMALISE DISABILITY.

Jake Atkins

Co-FOUNDER

Jake is the creative director and takes responsibility for the visual creation that goes into each Superpeople project. His professional video producing and film making dexterity brings each project to life, creating video content that beautifully illustrates the Superpeople narrative. His previous experience includes producing videos for the United Nations Volunteers and Glastonbury Festival, along with being a camera operator on the hit reality show Big Brother. Jake's adoption of his role with Superpeople allows him to excel in developing work that makes a difference and motivates the audience to feel completely inspired.

Hannah White

Co-FOUNDER

Hannah's extensive experience supporting disabled people's rights and quality of life in her work as a carer inspired the vision for Superpeople. Hannah ADOPTS THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER WITHIN the team AND WORKS WITH EACH OF OUR PROJECT SUBJECTS TO ATTEND TO THEIR EVERY UNIQUE REQUIREMENT. SHE HAS AN UNPARALLELED EMPATHY AND HELPING HAND THAT MAKES ALL THE PEOPLE WE COLLABORATE WITH FEEL INSTANTLY COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE. HANNAH HAS WORKED IN A VARIETY OF SUPPORTING SECTORS, INCLUDING COMMUNITY CARE, RESIDENTIAL LIVING, PRIVATE 1-1 CARE AND FOR SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOLS, MAKING HER THE ABSOLUTE PERFECT PERSON FOR THE ROLE.

Luke

Luke took part in one of our first Video CV projects and found employment off the back of the work we carried out. He has been a huge advocate for the charity ever since and has agreed to join Superpeople, so we can continue providing support to disabled people like him in the future.
